At the time of booking you will be sent a Booking Confirmation and a copy of our current
Booking Terms & Conditions. Please note that in most* circumstances a 10% deposit is required
in order to secure the booking. The final numbers must be confirmed 3 weeks prior to the visit.
*Group Tour Organisers can apply to join our voucher scheme if they bring groups to Shakespearience on a regular basis. For more details please contact Anna Holdsworth on 01789 293678.
DISABLED ACCESS
Shakespearience has a lift and wheelchair access to the auditorium, gift shop and bar/cafe area. Please advise us in advance
if your group includes wheelchair users.
FREE PREVIEW VISITS
We understand that risk assessments and previews are an important aspect of the booking.
The organiser can therefore visit us free of charge in advance. Please contact the Groups team
on 01789 293678 to arrange a suitable date and time. If you have any special requests please
let us know and we will be happy to meet with you to discuss further.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The Shakespearience show contains a short spell of flashing lights and loud noises. The show
may not be suitable for all visitors, particularly those with photo-sensitive epilepsy.
