All public areas of the Waterside Theatre are accessible for wheelchair users via a passenger lift on the ground floor. There are disabled toilets on the first and second floor. The auditorium is on one level, in the case of tiered seating and area will be made available for wheelchairs. Please advise us in advance if you require an area to be reserved.

Disabled Parking

There are several disabled parking spaces directly opposite our main entrance on Waterside (available for 2 hours at all times). There are also various Council operated carparks throughout the town, details of which can be found here.

Hearing Aid Users

The auditorium is fitted with an induction loop for the benefit of people with hearing difficulties. Simply switch your hearing aid to the ‘T’ position.

Visually and Hearing Impaired

Guide dogs are welcome and a bowl of water will be provided on request.
